So grateful for my sweet friend, Jen for her suggestion to make red dyed pancakes for everyone. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed thinking about doing fun, memorable things with the kids. And this was so simple! The kids used the cookie cutters to cut out their favorite shapes, and had kisses on the side!
The kids then painted Valentines for Benjamin and I.
Sounds like a very fun day! I used to always make red heart shaped pancakes for Valentine's day ... but letting kids cut out their own shapes is awesome!
